At Baleaf, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the products are unworn.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
